HR Account Coordinator

The role of the Account Coordinator is to collaborate with the Business Development team in helping to create and build upon the existing account management process and maintain the prospective client pipeline. This role will research, manage, and improve existing systems to maximize conversions of new clients and hand them off to the Operations Team. See the full job posting here.


 

Our Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly organized, and experienced admin with a passion for the big “C” church. The candidate is a self-starter, able to see what needs to be done and do it, as well as commands exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Although these positions are only 20-25 hours a week, we want a candidate who sees it not as a side hustle, part-time gig, or secondary job, but as a primary passion with a hope to grow as our organization grows.
